*lol* Da hast Du recht. Als Dialysepatientin durfte ich sie wegen ihres hohen Kaliumgehalts jahrelang nicht oder nur in homöopathischen Dosen essen. Ich habe als Nachholbedarf.

Spätzle und Pilze lieben wir sehr. Bisher habe ich an die Pilze immer süße Sahne gemacht, aber Deine Version mit der sauren Sahne steht jetzt auf der Nachkochliste.
