Für den Salat braucht man einen Apfel, ca. 10 kleine Radieschen und 4 in Ringe geschnittene Frühlingszwiebeln. Das Dressing besteht aus dem Saft einer Limette, etwas Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer. Das Ganze soll dann noch mit gehacktem Koriandergrün bestreut werden.

Stimmt, man kann sich die Rezepte auch anderweitig zusammensuchen. Ich mache das auch teilweise, finde Kochbücher aber trotzdem unersetzlich, weil sie mehr vermitteln können als bloße Rezepte.
