Wieder solch feinen Täschchen, Panne hin oder her, ist das nicht viel spanender als Maultaschen? Ich finde es großartig, vor allen Dingen die Avocados da drin.

What kind of translator do you use? I have tried google – the results are quite…..funny 🙂

English is always good but it is a pain to have a bilingual website. I did write in Italian too for a while but I gave up (also because most of my readers are non Italians so it was a lot of effort for… nothing). my translator this today worked and could finally read your post 🙂 you are genius! love the idea of the fried „ravioli“ and I also am not that good at making pasta so I understand the difficulty in getting the first dough right. will try your fusion recipe soon!

Portwein ersetzen…puh, gar nicht so einfach……ich komme nur auf ganz komische Ideen…lieblicher Rotwein, Rotwein und roter Traubensaft, Rotwein und etwas Zucker….aber ich habe grade gar keine Vorstellung davon, ob das schmeckt….
Und ich stehe auf Kreigsfuß mit Kartoffelteig…

Deinen Teig muss ich unbedingt probieren, mit einer aehnlichen Fuellung. Ich hab‘ neulich naemlich einen Kartoffelteig versiebt, aber dank der Fuellung hat er auch ungelungen sehr gut geschmeckt. Und die Zwiebelschmelze klingt auch sehr gut – nur womit koennte man den Portwein ersetzen?
